12, 2010 for or in-district residents and on June 14,
2010 for out-of-district residents. You
may send your registration to us prior to that date and we will hold
it until the 15th. At that time, out-of-district residents will be
accepted in the order the registrations were received by our office,

Each
week, we will enjoy an evening of exciting summer-fun activities. For
the first hour, we will have a group swim. The second hour will include
a variety of activities including: arts & crafts, nature, table games,
group games, sports and more.
We will bring our activities inside at this site in the event of rain. |

Bowling is a great way to get out of the heat and spend time with your friends! A record of each bowler's weekly progress will be maintained and averages will be handed out at the end of the session. This program is a great way to socialize with friends, have fun and improve your bowling skills. |

Experience the benefits of team work, skill development and camaraderie. We will start with warm-ups, move on to sports drills and finish every practice with a team scrimmage. All skill levels welcome! Equipment is available. You must wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. (No shoes please!) Rules and team work will be reinforced, as well as socialization with other players and coaches.. BRING WATER! In case of inclement weather, program will be cancelled. |

Participants must be 16 and older. Previous overnight experience with North East required! Transportation, 3 meals a day, snacks, lodging, nursing, medical services and all activities included. Frost Valley is a
beautiful YMCA camp in the Catskills. A checklist and all additional information will be mailed upon receipt of registration and payment. (A lottery system may be applied.) |
